The Mission

Your mission will be to lead and scale We Resolve’s operations in Jamaica, serving as the vital link between local field execution and corporate Headquarters in Spain. Reporting directly to executive leadership in Spain, you will ensure our high-volume industrial laundry facilities and hotel maintenance operations run at peak performance, managing local talent, reporting performance results to the Group's Management Committee, and driving the strategic goals set by the board.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🏭 Operational Excellence & Laundry Systems

• Facility & Plant Mastery: Oversee end-to-end maintenance programs for hotel infrastructure and high-volume laundry operations to ensure zero downtime and maximum output.
• Continuous Improvement: Audit workflows, technical processes, and plant performance to unlock productivity, boost service quality, and reduce operational drag.
• Regulatory & Energy Leadership: Ensure 100% compliance with safety, environmental, and energy-efficiency standards across all managed sites.

💼 Financial & Strategic Control

• Budget & Capex Ownership: Develop, monitor, and defend operational budgets and Capex investment plans, taking decisive action to maximize profitability.
• Procurement & Supplier Strategy: Negotiate and manage critical corporate vendor contracts (utilities, specialized laundry chemistry, equipment, and materials) for maximum technical and economic fit.
• Investment ROI: Analyze and propose high-impact capital investments that align with long-term business growth.

👥 Leadership, Talent & Client Partnership

• Client Champion: Serve as the main strategic interface for key client relationships, building deep trust through reliable execution and direct problem solving.
• Team Development: Build, mentor, and optimize internal and subcontracted technical teams. Drive performance evaluations, competitive salary structures, and targeted training.
• Executive Reporting: Present key operational and financial results directly to the Group's Management Committee.
• Innovation Driver: Spearhead the adoption of new technologies and automation to keep We Resolve at the cutting edge of the industry.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University Degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical, Electrical,
or Electromechanical Engineering.
• And/or 6 years of proven work experience in a similar company delegate position.
• Postgraduate training is a plus.

Languages:
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in other languages is desirable.

Technical Skills:
• Knowledge and expertise in budget management and monitoring.
• Proficiency in CMMS tools.
• Experience in investment analysis.
• Expertise in analyzing and selecting technical and organizational improvements.
